Milk Stabilizer

Milk stabilizer is not only the stabilizing agent but also thickening agent in dairy products. It’s a mixture of CMC, xanthan gum,
Pectin, sodium citrate, guar gum and so forth. It prevents dairy product sediment and separation during shelf life. It also
provides smooth mouth taste for dairy products.
